"The Good Ship Splendid"

An evening of nautical theatricalities and circus extravagance to amaze and entertain. Get your posh frocks on, throw your cares to the wind and welcome aboard the Good Ship Splendid for a voyage of mis-adventure.

A 1920's style circus theatre/cabaret show set on a cruise liner and hosted by the Admiral and his trusty cabin boy, Roger. The comical pair tell a seafaring story by linking the acts throughout the show. The audience are invited to dress up in 1920's or nautical clothing and on stepping into the marquee or theatre, become passengers of The Good Ship Splendid. When the show starts the voyage begins on a journey of swing dancers, piratical trapeze artists, acrobatic stowaways, aerial swimmers, juggling sailors, a mesmerising mermaid and a devious character who tries to steal her. The 2 hour show is accompanied by the wonderful Splendid ships band.
